5. **Por qué esta ciudad:** contrapunto interior, capital político-administrativa, escala metropolitana.  
6. **Qué revela el centro:** altura, densidad, burocracia, tránsito peatonal, vida pública en clima frío.  
7. **Ciudad 3:** Cartagena  
8. **Por qué esta ciudad:** contraste entre postal turística y vida local del centro.  
9. **Qué revela el centro:** tensión entre patrimonio, turismo, trabajo cotidiano, fachada global y ciudad vivida.  
10. **Tesis de ruta:** tres centros, tres formas de vida pública, un archivo silencioso.
